This kid has some talent, he is technically brilliant on the ball, has a great through ball, works non stop, creates something out of nothing etc...

Great assist for the second goal today using skills to take it past his man and his pin point cross headed in (Celebrated by pulling his shorts down to the Brighton fans and went crazy infront of them)

Also he scored and was given offside (Even though it wasn't)

This kid is fantastic can't believe you let him go on loan!

Hope you stay up and let us keep him! He is different Gravy.

2 Man of the matches in 2 games

P.S can we have him again next season if you stay up

I've heard about this but thought it was a joke did it really happen? Any you tube links etc?

No youtube links but there's a photo in the mails article [Link]

As you know we have such creative midfield, with so many players just waiting to set up those winning goals for our incredible strikeforce, like joniesta did yesterday against br13hton.

With mick playing him just behind the striker how on earth could tp fit him into our team at the moment, poor old cj or ffs would be so confused being so close to a teamate it may put them off the incredible run of goals we are on.

Don't get me wrong happy he's getting playing time and getting match fit.

Unfortunately its only a months loan so he will be back were he belongs for the final 6 games to cement his place in palace histoy aka wilf last season by providing the skill, pace and self belief that joniesta brings to a team.

Agree totally - not as if we're blessed with midfielders who can run with the ball and keep possession! Only started two games this season, both in the cup, so hardly given a chance (and we won the only game he started under Pulis - WBA away in the Cup).

Pulis has given us a chance of staying up. Moaning about his team selections seems almost comic considering the job he has done.

Williams's time will time will come.

The great thing about going to away games is the great views up in the gods at stadiums like Newcastle and Sunderland.

You get to see the huge expanse between the poor sod up front I.e. cj who spends 80% of his time sprinting after long balls then either has to beat the 2 central defenders or hold the ball up until the midfield arrives some 30 seconds later, by which time it to late.

Then cj gets crap on here, when its a lose lose situation for him.

By suggesting jw may be played off of cj or ffs is in my mind a valid option.

Nothing f***ing comic or moaning about team selection. I know well enough what tp brief is, I spend enough time cash and effort going away and home to see that, and not just some s***y arabic stream in between knockjng on off.

He's certainly a wonderful championship player

Tw@t

Brilliant - that made me laugh out loud !!

I love it Maxi ! When faced with a rational point that you can in no way disprove but don't like, you resort to such things.

It's abundantly clear who the 'tw@t' is I think.

I thik that one was nailed months ago wasnt it ???

Admittedly it was only against the Bum Bandits, but his bit of skill to create the 2nd goal for Ipswich was sublime.

Well done Joniesta. This game time for him is so important. He can be a key player for us in The Premiership or Championship next season.

On NSC the seaweeds were a bit mixed about him. They acknowledged the brilliance to set up the goal but said he whinged to the ref a lot. Not something I remember him doing for us. Also said most of the game he wasn't massively effective, I believe they thought Cresswell was outstanding though.
