We have 2 left backs and persist in playing somebody out of position.

Pullis must think parr and moxey are really crap.

As for the rest of the team....meh.

We don't have a player currently capable of scoring so I guess its sensible to set up to for the best we can get...a 0 0 draw.

Defensive or what!
One can only hope that if it is still 0-0 with 20 to go that we might try and win it?

That was what I was hoping for at Sunderland......but I don't think Tony likes moving the bus once it's parked.

This is obviously set up to absorb pressure for the first 65 mins or so. Then make a midfield change and bring on Murray.

I reckon it's right, even if it isn't going to be pretty to watch. We have said before that Jerome is a pain for the opposition, runs around and holds up the ball giving them work to do. Won't score of course.

Presumably KG spoils opposition play better than Guedioura, Bannan or O'Keefe. And that is what we are set up to do, spoil the play. Could work. Certainly going head-to-head with Newcastle at St James' wouldn't, we would get mullered.

Can understand the Jerome decision but what is KG doing on the training pitch to be getting all these starts! Can't believe it

Also agree. Could be very good tactics from Pulis. Sit back & let Newcastle tire themselves out then bring on Murray, Guedioura or Ince etc & go for the win.

Disappointed that KG is playing again though. Would much prefer Ledley to play there.

Would love some of whatever you are taking.

Crap team is crap. Horrible to wish bad news on people but I guess I'll be hoping for CJ and KG to tear hamstrings early into the game.

I'm not understanding the amount of hate for KG on this site, considering Jedinak's poor performances are barely being mentioned.

This is the way to build the team spirit.

The players will give their all.

KG will die for the team!

Jedinak has been poor at times but at least he gets stuck in & wins the ball back (although normally gives it straight back to the opposition) KG offers very little. Sometimes i forget he's even on the pitch.
