He isn't as good as Zaha, no, but he's not going to do much in rigid, defensive side.

Ince is a direct attacking player who is not being allowed to do what comes naturally to him. Surely he should be an impact sub when chasing a game because he just can't get into it as an auxiliary fullback. I know he didn't have much impact against Southampton, but as mentioned he does still have a lot to learn.

Jesus you lot are quick to write him off. A talented and efficient attacking midfielder playing in a team set out almost exclusively to defend, is never going set the world alight. He's used to having runners from deep to play in, support from the full backs etc that he just doesn't get in our system, esp away from home.

Enough with all this counter attacking bull. We dont even do that! Based on todays performance all we did was hoof it back to Sunderland to attack us again. The ball hardly went to our attacking players, and when it did the flick on that never work never worked again! Surprise surprise. Sort it out Pulis coz drawing the rest of our games probably wont be enough. Just play 4-4-2, we might have a chance of scoring the ala second half of Swansea away.

Thought he was pretty crap today, and not been impressed since his first game. Think Gayle would be much better, one of the few players wegot who is not afraid to have a shot
