Great move for both parties. JW needs games, and is still part of TP's plans.

Great move for Jonny.

He'll be our star man in 2 or 3 years and this is just the sort of move he needs to help his progression.

Will be keeping a keen eye on the Ipswich games from now on.

One of our main problems is that we can't keep the ball - in virtually every game the opposition have twice as much possessions as us which means that we're constantly on the back foot. Williams is perhaps our one player who can run with the ball at his feet so we can keep hold of the ball. Would much prefer him in our team now, but like Bannan, doesn't seem to have the stature that Pulis wants. Shame.

Great move for all parties. Williams needs game time more than anything, and Ipswich have got themselves a very impressive Championship player.

Can't see how anyone would see this as anything other than positive. A good move to a decent club and manager for a potentially excellent player, but one unlikely to add too much to our survival bid currently. I just hope he gets plenty of game time.

It's only for a month, lets hope it gets extended, as he needs more game time.

I hope it works for him. But who was the last player that went out on a no-recall loan deal and what happened to him...

Taking the bungy jump since 1964. Never to see John Jackson in a shirt again

Sorry to see Lee Hills go, did we ever see Alex Marrow? We did January 2013

Great move. Johniesta needs the games and Ipswich's style will suit him. I bet they do well together and the loan is rolled over, month on month. Palace can have him back for our next season in the prem when there isn't a desperate relegation fight and TP can feel confident enough to alter the style to include both Him and Bannan. But if Palace are in the Champs next season and Tractor are up, where will JW be?
