Well done. What great Supporters we got. I thought of going as I had business in Norwich, but commensense told me it was not going to happen from when I first heard about that gale going up the country. I didn't think the authortities would be willing to accept the liability of safety and so it was called off. The question is, why didn't they think off calling off the game much earlier and saving you guys the trouble you had? What if your coaches had hit the storms on the motorway and there had been injuries? Perhaps the people at Everton owe you all something and come good for the rearranged fixture.

For those supporters on coach 2 following is exchange of messages I have had with Worthing Coaches Quote The drivers were excellent and friendly throughout the day in extremely difficult driving conditions with strong winds, felled trees, branches and a few overturned vehicles causing considerable problems, but they did everything they could to make the journey as safe and pleasant as possible. I have been monitoring our supporters websites and there is nothing but praise for the way the drivers handled the difficult driving conditions with their superb driving skills. I would like to ask therefore, that you pass our thanks on to the drivers in question and hope that they got back to Worthing (Lancing) without any further problems. Best regards
Quote It is always nice to receive positive feedback and I know from talking to the drivers that although disappointed the match was postponed they felt the supporters on the coach remained well behaved throughout and this is not always the case. I am sorry the match was postponed but hope perhaps that when the date is rearranged we may be able to help on that date too. Thank you once again for taking the trouble to mail Operations Controller Well done everyone and thanks for making the journey easier for me.
