We were not at our best on Saturday and I put that down to three new faces in the starting line up. Ledley is not a very good left back and Dann requires time to form a partnership with DD and/or DG. Ince was clearly comforatable in the team and is obviously capable of playing in the hole behind Chamakh, wide left or wide right.

Obviously Murray is not match fit and that will not come about for several weeks. I would go with:

Speroni

Ward...Dann...Delaney...Parr

KG...Jedinak...Ledley

Puncheon...Ince

Chamakh

Subs: Hennessy; Gabbidon; Guerdiora; Thomas; Bolasie; Jerome; Murray

Ince can play wide or come inside as play dictates. Ledley can play through the middle and move wide left to cover Parr where necessary.

Jedi needs someone who can pass so therefore I feel like KG should give way. Bolasie has been a constant threat the last few weeks and would be vital on a counter attack against both Everton and Utd

This will probably be the way we set up for most matches from now until the end of the season(barring injuries and a bit of minor swapping around). We will be playing counter attack in most games with the big boys at home and the bottom half away from home. Just like Saturday we won't have as much possession- but I think it works! The great thing is we have most of our "must win" home games out of the way- so counter attacking. the Pulis way, from here on in.

Wrong.

My team:

Speroni

Ward, Gabbidon, Delaney, Parr

Jedinak,

Puncheon Bannan Ince

Chamkah Gayle

I appreciate it's your team but Gayle and Bannan starting ? Players that FA Cup aside they haven't started a game for weeks and 2 of Pulis' new signings players he's been trying to "sign for years" not ? Not so sure about that mate !

That's ok opinions are opinions. But yes, I'd start Bannan every time I think he's the most naturally gifted player we have. And I appreciate Pulis has been chasing Ledley and dann for years...but I don't think that means they should automatically walk into our team. Especially one that's actually been on a pretty decent run.

Forget the result against WBA as a footballing
spectacle the game was pretty dire.
Bannan should be included in midfield to provide
some creative impetus.
