If he's playing in reserve games it won't be too long now!

Can't wait, he's worked so hard to get back to fitness , cancelling his summer break ect, really hope he does well and gets a few goals in the premier, I don't think with glens determination he has shown to get back so soon that it's going to be anything other than a massive boost to the team

FFS could have picked a better fixture than the Weed

I can't think of a better fixture to pump him up.

I like this quote from TP,

""I think we've got to find goals," he added. "Glenn Murray is nearly fit, he's going to have another game tomorrow (v Brighton U21s). He's got goals all over him."

Glad all over, Goals all over?

Excellent news. The one thing we're lacking is goals, which for a football team is a bit of a problem.

It's dangerous to rely on GM after so long out but hopefully he'll come back & hit the ground running and Ince & Ledley will weigh in with a few too.

KP said on Sky today he was concerned we hadn't signed a goalscorer but maybe TP sees GM as the team's missing link. I trust Pulis but am still worried we'll rely on him too much to get back to last season's form too quickly.

Fingers crossed Murray, Ince & Ledley can do the business goals-wise. We really need them to.

I actually think Murray may be on the bench for the WBA game, if not then he will certainly be there for the Everton match away.

I have no doubts Murray WILL start banging in the goals - just look at the number of chances we have created for Jerome only to see them wasted. Of course I accept he will not be scoring at the same rate as last season but if he plays 10 games I am betting he will score at least 5.

In addition Murray is a threat to the opposition. They will be keeping a close eye of him which will help the likes of Chamakh, Ledley and Ince all finding more scoring opportunities.

I was worried about rushing him back but have absolute faith in TP. I feel certain if Murray is picked it is because he is fully fit rather than purely as an act of desperation.

Scoring Goals For Palace. The roar when he steps on the pitch from the crowd is going to be immense especially if he scores the winner.

He is playing today, but not in the U21 game.

It was my dream to play for Palace and to make my debut. I've always played for the club so if I'm playing here, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
