I too like the goal music and think it helps the atmosphere...

Is there an official reason why there was no music? or is this just a one off?

Possibly mistaken but am I right in saying there was no music to the goal we scored?

Was a little merry so may have been an oversight on my behalf.

Thanks

Correct, nobody knew what to do. Hopefully they do away with it totally

I think if there was a vote, surely the majority of people would like to do away with goal music. It's horrible.

Silvertop says no more goal music - PLEASE!

Thank you Silvertop. No football grounds atmosphere has ever been improved by some hospital DJ playing snippets of music and telling us to ‘make some noise for the boys’. It’s just embarrassing.

If we ever manage to stay in the premier league for a number of years, we can expect our ground to become full of fans whose idea of watching football is seeing a goal, waving their foam finger in time to the official celebration music and sitting back down to finish their hot dog.

We’re not there yet and still have some half decent support. We should make the most of that fact.

Sorry but this has been happening for well over 14 seasons (time ive been a season ticket holder)

Do you not remember the legendary Rob Fox before he retired. Its palace tradition

This, we could turn into arsenal where they have the official flag wavers and have a polite round of applause.
