It annoys me that people get on Bolasies back. He is literally the only player in our entire squad who has the ability to do something different every time he gets the ball. He makes the opposition defenders think. Sure he is going to lose the ball now and again but name me a winger that doesn't. Its in the job description to try and beat the man and even ronaldo doesn't beat his man every time. Without Bolasie we would be without a spark that any team needs to mix up their attacks.

He gets it wrong occasionally and sometimes it doesn't pay off, but so does everyone else. In his position, as a creative winger sometimes it doesn't pan out. The point is those two or three really good times it does.

Difference between Zaha and Bolasie is Zaha can run with the ball at speed.

I thought it was funny MOTD singled him out for praise as I didn't think he had a good game. A couple of decent runs in the first half but after that he kept making wrong choices, running into traffic, choosing the wrong option and generally not very effective. I m afraid he is not prem class

For team like us at the moment, creativity from Bolasie is direly needed. At times he gets a bit too excited and does too much, but the more I see him in PL fixtures the more I see him make adjustments.

can be exasperating at times. Still think he needs to work on decision making, and crosses. I liken him to ronaldo in that when he first went to man u, it was too many tricks, step overs etc. Thats what he reminds me of, in that sense. However, on his day, he's unplayable. Last season against the seaweed at selhurst, was prob the best wing display id seen for many years. Didnt matter they had 10 men early doors, they couldve had 20 players, and they wouldnt have got a sniff. Makes me laugh how players bounce off him in a shoulder charge. Nothing wrong with his upper body strength. if he can get his decisions and crossing sorted, well...

Some bloke sat next to me was going mental because Bolaise wasn't putting in the cross early, despite the fact there was no one in the box. Half the trickery is about buying time to get bodies up there.

for me he is one of our stars he get the ball and breaks play up by running with it and he has skill he beats his man 9 times out of ten . okay he can not shoot but if he had that end product he would be a excellent player no doubting in my mind that he is prem class

I actually thought he put in an excellent performance against Stoke. His attitude was far more focused than against Spurs where he wasted numerous oportunities. TP is no doubt banging on to him day in and day out about his delivery in to the box. I am hopeful that better distribution will eventually result from this. I did not see him as a player who would make the step-up but am happy to be proved wrong. He adds something different and should be applauded for his wilingness to try his tricks rather than shot at for the mistakes he makes. Add to everything he has an incredible desire to get back and help out the full back whichever side of the pitch he is on. If we can stay up YB will become a key player for us next season. Finally to compare him to Wilf is just plain daft. Wilf was sold to one of the best clubs on the planet for fifteen million pounds or whatever the figure was. YB cost us circa three hundred and fifty thousand from Bristol City reserves.

He's a great little player. Really needs a player of similar ability on the other wing for him shine I feel. He really comes out of himself when he gets the space afforded to him by having the defense pulled all over the place by two tricky wingers going up and down each flank.
