Crystal palace was the first words he spoke as a baby. Please barca let him go for nothing.

Your description of the paper involved with the "exclusive" with Wilf says it all..The Daily Fail.. do you really think that Wilf would be contacting CPFC and "begging" to be released whilst he's involved with playing for the Ivory Coast in the AFCON Cup of Nations.. think he might be otherwise occupied.. I feel this is more typical journo b*llsh*t.. The journo in question is, I believe, an Arsenal fan. His article is merely a wishlist and is utterly bereft of quotes. Arsenal can't even remotely afford it and Wilf has said that he wants Champions League football which he won't get there anyway. And that flushes this bollocks straight down the drain, where it belongs.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle This post has been merged from a topic called 'Zaha wants out' by Midlands Eagle a) Arsenal don't have the money unless they sell. Anyone for Ozil? b) Their defence has to be their priority. It sucks. c) No Champions League football currently or for the forseeable future as Ozil downs tools, Ramsay is a distant memory and Aubameyang loses a step d) Selling Wan-Bissaka and Zaha in one window would seriously jeopardize the team's chances of avoiding relegation and obviously rile the supporters big time Other than that, Zaha to Arsenal ticks all the boxes Edited by pssguy (28 Jun 2019 4.27pm)

Wilf is on mega money. He is loved by the club and the fans . He is the big fish in our small pond. Maybe the vast wages just isn't enough. Maybe, just maybe it isn't about wages at all as you have so cynically suggested. Wilf has already stated on more than one occasion that he wants to test himself on the highest stage, which is European football.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle This post has been merged from a topic called 'Zaha wants out' by Midlands Eagle I don't believe Arsenal could come close to what we would want but there are two things that give this story legs; one is the fact that it is widely known Wilf was an Arsenal fan as a boy, and two he stated in a recent interview he wanted to stay near his Dad since his stroke.

Maybe, just maybe it's journo's and agents talk, Wilf hasn't put in a transfer request, has stated directly that he wants to play champions league, hasn't mentioned arsenal who couldn't give him it anyway. Maybe he wants to play champions league with crystal palace.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle This post has been merged from a topic called 'Zaha wants out' by Midlands Eagle There's no way Wilf would've been 'begging' to be transferred to the Arse, and even more unlikely is the statement that he 'supported Arsenal as a boy'.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'The Wilfried Zaha Thread' by Midlands Eagle This post has been merged from a topic called 'Zaha wants out' by Midlands Eagle If an acceptable bid comes in with champions league football then he’s off today or tomorrow, because he’ll want it and start demanding it if Parish doesn’t allow it. It’s really that simple. Until then, nothing.

Anything is possible even though they can’t afford it all in one go
