He has already been wrong on this topic and here he seems to be unnecessarily putting pressure on a political situation. The reality that a 'no deal' brexit will have consequences for all affected economies has been known for years. It is few people's preferred choice but this is where the remainers in the EU and parliament have led us. They decided to make it stay or 'no deal' and that's what we are going. In fact, one of them has just been made Prime Minister.

It would be a positive not a negative so would be looking forward which would only help. Talk of emergency budgets straight after the vote is not helpfull as an example Edited by dannyboy1978 (02 Aug 2019 1.24pm)
