Its Hardly a rush he was interviewed last wednesday/thursday. Loyalty is a great attribute but it is not good for career progression. If he doesnt move now he will be offered very little in the future due to the amount of roles he has turned down and will be walked over for a long time.

He needs this move for his career and self esteem!!!
