knowing palaces luck the purchase would be dependent on us staying up, and we get relegated. Its ok though, because I hear Chuck-D is waiting in line and has pledged to do whatever it takes to ensure there is a Palace, however he considers himself to be a last resort. YO.

This load of ol' tosh has really made me smile.
It is coming up on other sources all of which are tracable back to the story in the Sun - it's a great story so everyone has picked up on it so it then appears to be everywhere and people begin to believe it might be true so it goes round again. Not very likely but a fun idea. and for the person who wondered how the trust would get on with him - pretty well I suspect. Look here Down in the cast is a certain Jim Piddock who was, of course, one of the founding members of the Trust - we have all angles covered ;-)

I see he list Shaquille O'Neal, the giant basketball player, who's also worth millions, as a follower. PeeDiddy, formerly PoofDiddy (spelling) has no football experience at all and will probably be very surprised when he see's a 'round' ball and no body armour on the players, not to mention helmets!

cannot get over the sheer outrageousness of this rumour. looking good for a gold and silver 'bling' style sash I know, I can't work out if its actually a fantastic fabrication of genius proportions, or so absurdly out of leftfield that it couldn't be entirely made up. If its a hoax, then its fantastic. would a pikey have the intelligence to do such a wind up? you don't think it is revenge for the email sent into the Football League show do you? Isn't there a big charlton fan on the staff at The Bun?

I am offering to eat my hat if P.Diddy buys Palace. Best rumour I've ever heard though!

Well SW16, in the current climate of the excellent palace wind up on the BBC it's a valid question, but if SSN have picked it up someone would have to stick their neck up pretty soon to avoid this one developing further.

It was my dream to play for Palace and to make my debut. I've always played for the club so if I'm playing here, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. - John Bostock (Nov 2007) |

Hmmm - how do I put this Name of actor on the left How do I put this, are you deliberately obtuse? The Cast list has Jim Piddock as nobody and P Diddy played by Sergio Roma. You seemed to be giving the impression that Jim, from the Trust, has met or knew P Diddy from that film. Which I've pointed out, he wasn't in.
