I would say that there is a very good chance that I could produce a flow chart of rights wing opinion pieces and I would be able to guess what your thoughts are on each by your reaction to the very first item on the flow chart. Not only because you comment in the most predictable way on each right wing moan piece that gets put up on here on a daily basis. It’s because that is the way algorithms and the right wing media do their thing these days. And people like you just lap it all up and go along with whatever you are told without for even a second thinking “hang on a minute” and developing your own nuanced way of thinking. It’s sad, but unfortunately true.
A perfect example of being able to predict what a right winger will be thinking about a new subject, is all the right wingers all of a sudden coming out in sympathy for Israel because their common enemy is Islam. You’re seeing football thugs who have sang antisemitic songs for decades and been generally nasty toward Jewish people all of a sudden give a f*** about them, because they hate nothing more than they do Muslim people. It was such an obvious move by the right and as transparent as anything comes.
I was waiting for my racist mates to come out in sympathy for Israel all of a sudden. And wallop! As if like clockwork, they’re all taking sides with Israel. Silly f***ers. Hilarious really.

You see things in such simplistic terms. Your flawed logic is based on your own deeply entrenched prejudices. It means that no matter what the situation, you fall back on the same tired tropes.

Why do you imagine that people have an increasingly negative view of Islam?
Is it really beyond your intelligence to figure that out?

I'm not really sure where to start with this - you really need to get your head out of this tribal 'my team vs your team' mentality - it boils every debate down to one of two sides, when in reality most topics require some nuance.

I have never expressed the view I want nothing done about immigration, nor have I ever said that I agree with our current immigration policy - it is possible to be left-wing without being a socialist, and it is possible to lean further left on certain topics compared to others.

Even if I did agree with the current immigration policy, that doesn't then make the rest of my criticisms of this government redundant, as you seem to think it would. Government's can do go and bad all at the same time.
