I think the jury has reached a verdict after this weekends standard abject display. PV s job is to manage and motivate the team and take us forward unfortunately he is doing neither .. squad selection is poor, no solutions or ideas coupled with the inevitable post match interview saga delivered with zero passion dishing out the same training ground drivel. Shaun Derry may of overstepped the mark by actually giving a F and doing PVs job and addressing the players piss poor attitude then sacking him for it , just shows the players zero Fs are given. We have the lowest stats of any PL team in terms of work rate .. even Roy’s teams put in a shift .. if and a big if we make it to 40 pints and safety .. PV and what resembles his staff need to be shown the door either at the end of the season or at the point we are safe.

Clickbait suggests PVs job isn't at immediate risk, which given the pitifully low transfer spend compared to just about all other PL Clubs is understandable?

With the abject results, the fact that we have not recorded a victory in 2023 and the dearth of goals, mindsets have altered and as far as the media are concerned we are very much in the mix and their thoughts echo those of our supporters. Concerns could well be heightened in the next few weeks.
