If it's the Bolasie that we sold then a resounding yes from me, but if his legs have gone then I'd rather we didn't have to see him ruin his legacy. Has anyone actually seen him play for Villa this season? The Villa fans seem pleased he's gone. Anyway I see very little chance of this happening unless it's a last ditch attempt to get bodies.

The villa fans weren't happy with the wages and the fact he was an impact sub. I.e. not doing well enough to start

Thats that then.
This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise. |

Hope not but wouldn't surprise me, let's get wilbraham back while we're about it. Glyn Hodges could deliver the ball to whoever’s head no problem. Couldn’t do anything else mind you. Why not McGoldrick? He can break out of the 4-4-2 and make something. Or bring Salako back again. Try a different role for him. One might finally fit. Unless we’re paying a fraction of Bolasie’s wages then it’s a no from me, but of course he takes up a loan space. Isnt there an Adebayor or Sanogoal we can waste our time on?

To be brutally honest I was never "Sold" on Bolasie when he was at our club and I believe that I made my views known on HOL.Certainly did outside of HOL and there were those who fervently disagreed with me. I accept there are many who will take an alternative view and football is all about opinions but to my mind he was erratic, inconsistent and one was never quite sure what one would get from him.I actually thought Everton had taken leave of their senses when they paid £22.5 Mill rising to £28 Mill for him.

I do not disagree. When he was hot he was scalding hot. One purple patch added £15 million on to his fee.

It was his erratic style that made him unpredictable and exciting. That period with him and Wilf on either wing was great. We certainly did well out of the Everton deal. I'm sure the hat trick against Sunderland added a few £££

I agree with not bringing past players back to the club, but surely at a time where we've had so many outgoings a 6 month loan would be a half decent idea?

His pace and power suited our counter-attacking game brilliantly. At his peak he was almost unstoppable when he got up a head of steam. It turns out we got a good price in the end, but I was sad when he left...and that smile

He was great to watch... at times. Sorry, but if its a choice between bringing Bolasie back or Moses, it would have to be Moses for me all day long. Both options looking pretty unlikely anyway at the moment.

He can’t get into a flaky Everton so why would we bother.
