Oh dear. The usual straw man stuff. I'm qualified to comment because this is an opinion board for Palace fans. Did you really need that spelling out?

Not really, just you are wrong, in my opinion.

Most certainly not European.

Usual one good save from Hennessey, calamity most of the rest of the game. Please can we have the Brazilian in goal this weekend.

Benteke was one of our best players I thought.

Van Aanholt excellent. Win-Bissaka excellent.

I am so gutted I can barely speak.

God I really really hate man u.

Anybody got a rope?

I thought he had a good game. Three decent attacking headers - one of which required a blinding save from De Gea. A clearance off the line for us to stop a certain goal. Multiple defensive clearances with his head. Assist for Andros's goal. Apart from scoring I don't see what else could be expected. As for not running too hard for a 90th minute ball I suspect that he was pretty knackered by then given that he and Sorloth spent most of the game chasing Utd players who were in possession.

The turning point was uniteds first goal, performance changed after that and unfortunately Tomkins has to take full responsibility for that

Makeshift defence. Tomkins kept them on but not sure who was marking either ? If we had the Beast and Dann could easily rotate, less tired and more organised.

Benteke his usual excellent play with nice assists and absolutely brilliant defensive play, yeah fair enough he's forgotten to bring his shooting boots but his best chance was thwarted by a better than world class save.

As an aside I hope Mourinho dies of some sort of chronic and painful disease after he did that fake dive on the sidelines. What a f***ing scumbag.

Bangell - If Camus wrote The Myth of Sisyphus today, it would be about Jason Puncheon eternally trying and failing to pass with his right foot.

Judge for yourselves. Looks like he controlled it to me. The ball changed direction.

Bringing on Rashford made the difference - tactically Roy didn't have the answer.

For me Sorloth was the wasteful one, seems to be a lot of fuss surrounding a player who to me looks nothing more than a big and slow lump. Was useless in possession.

Sorloth was much faster and run much more than Benteke. Even though his shots were bad, of curse I agree on that one. But big, slow lump? There isn't even a comparison with Benteke's movement. The fact that he can be forced to play on the wing should tell you smtg. Would Benteke ever be able to play on the wing?

Oh, that Sorloth is slower than other players that could have been brought in, that's correct.

Well in that case you could have just said But seriously, anyone who was watching could see the way that game was going. We just adopted completely the wrong approach and it was as plain as anything before they got the equaliser, never mind the winner. Nothing to do with your charge of hindsight. I don't revel in being negative, but I can't find much to be positive about from today. It was a massive opportunity lost.
