Just a thought with our relegation rivals all regularly losing, perhaps to survive, we will need less points this season than the usual 'safe' total of 40 points.
Should be possible in any event given our favourable run in and the quality of our squad.

With the last five fixtures, we are in a much better position than i feared, dont like this easier fixtures to come, they are all hard, two wins, two draws, 38 pts, will be enough

I'd be shocked if Huddersfield and Stoke reach 35

Replays showed that Arsene Wenger's men were perhaps fortunate as Martins Indi appeared to get his left foot to the ball before catching Ozil from behind.

Last season Hull took the third relegation slot with 34 points.

8 points, possibly 2 wins and 2 draws and 2 lost, would be ok for us, that would be 38 points.

May not be enough though.

We are in a precarious league position and still need to WIN more than 50% of our remaining games. It would be absurd to think others might continue to lose or assume we'll have an easy run in. We certainly have quality in our squad but unless the football goes in the back of the opposition's net more often than they put it in ours we're in deep $hite!

I will be absolutely shocked if we go down, we couldnt have asked for a better run of fixtures to finish off the season plus the fact that the teams around us are all gonna struggle to pick up points.

We wont win all our last 6 games but I am feeling confident that we will go unbeaten.

Can’t see stoke or Southampton get more than 3 wins with there remaining fixtures. So 37/38 points should be enough .

To go unbeaten may produce only 6 points, making 36 in total.
