OK, no, i haven"t seen it to be honest, heard him saying your dads hated on the radio, obviously a lunatic, hates corbyn as much as rees mogg apparently, but didn"t see what actually happened, not saying everything he believes in is wrong as i have never heard of him or know anything about him, but door stepping someones home and abusing them or their kids is obviously nuts!

He is a character from a long forgotten VIZ storyline which has by magic been brought to life.

A walking talking anachronism with no real life experience or practical knowledge. Lives in a big house restored by public money. Shouts for Brexit whilst protecting his income from any potential downside by moving investments offshore.

One day he will be revealed as a very clever comic creation surely?

Indeed!

JRM does NOT live in a big house restored by public money.

His mother-in-law inherited the family fortune, but NOT the ancestral home (Wentworth House, Nr. Rotherham) which was subsequently sold. It was the new owner, who had no connection whatsoever with JRM who got the grant from the government to do the repairs.

The nice thing about Jake is he can truly empathise with the majority of Palace fans. He understands our needs, worries and desires and will fight to improve our lives. Inclusive as they come, he can walk a mile in any man or woman’s shoes.

He is also very understanding of the lives of the common people in the Cayman Islands

In Lewisham we have an expression. Walk a mile in another man's shoes... and you have successfully stolen his trainers.

Just because someone has a privileged background doesn't mean that they can't empathise with less fortunate folk. Look at the Labour front bench hardly a prime example of the heaving masses.

JRM reminds me of a cross between Walter the Softy, Lord Snooty and Teacher.

Iain Duncan Smith would be (as per General Melchett) 'an illegitimate backstairs kind of sprog, who nobody really likes’.

Nicola Sturgeon would be Minnie the Minx.

JC would be Jack Hargreaves.

Abbot would be Big Momma.

Morality? Explain that.

Society exists to facilitate the coexistence of human beings but it does not negate the survival of the fittest or the desire to better one's self relative to another. There is room for genuine altruism but in reality, that also is often self serving.
It is always easy to criticise those that have been relatively successful in life when you perceive yourself as not being one of them. That is self defeating. In relative terms, anyone in the West is successful just by being born in the right place. Success also comes in many forms and is not always only about money.
In reality, someone will always be doing better than you and if you were the man who had more than everyone else, would you be happy? I doubt it. At least you could stop being jealous of other people's financial wealth.

Oh boy. That so whooshed you.

To be clear I do not envy Jakie. I have enough of all I need and desire. I have almost certainly had a more interesting and fulfilling life than the Jakester.

I find the morality of someone that wishes to legislate against rights of others yet does all he can to run rings around tax legislation dubious. It appears he invents morals to suit his own interests.
