Do people talk about Noades positively though? The comments here were about the success in the Noades era not the man himself

Ron Noades was in charge well before the scrutiny of social media and huge amounts of money that are now moving around in the football world. Back then he sold the entire first team squad to fund his golfing empire. It was all about him i am afraid. SP is a class above him, but that is only my view...

Can you really do that though. Surely if that the case then parish may aswell take over. It's like me telling Gordon Ramsey how to cook. He'd feel even more undermined.

If you was the owner of a Indian restaurant and had employed Gordon to cook Indian food for six months and you came and checked during the second month and he's serving up pasta then yeah you'd be within your right to ask what the heck is going on.

I think it's the right decision to relieve him of his duties but if the paper reports are accurate, it was Steve who wanted a new style. Surely you want your chairman to learn from past mistakes.

To be as successful as he is I assume he does learn and learn fast. The thing is none of us know what was said and what was offered when he signed. We signed two young cb's immediately and then nothing. Maybe Frank claiming we have the personnel to play 3-4-3 set alarm bells ringing. I mean the man's football royalty, but when I heard that I was worried. Maybe the Neymar signing pushed wages and fees above what our budget allowed? Maybe SP and Frank did fall out?
I want us to change our style just like SP, but it has to be within budget and gradually. Seems to me from the rumours Frank wants to do it immediately, which is foolhardy, but there isn't a Dutchman in football that lacks confidence. None of us really know what's happening?
I know leaks are made to the press all the time, some deliberately, yet none have come out defending the manager or denying the rumours. This leads me to believe there is truth in the rumours, but that's just my opinion. I have no concrete proof of anything and I'm not gonna give anyone a kicking on the hearsay of others.

Not saying he wrong to question but to tell him to play a certain way , when it's not his philosophy. Will only end one way. They need to stop undermining frank. Show him the door or believe in him.

Frank needs to show he can take his time changing the club as he himself said he would. If not I agree we should show him the door.

He didn't want a particular style, he wanted changes that meant we wouldn't be relegation fodder every season. He picked Frank to do it.

For me the jury is obviously out on Frank however, he needs more than 3 or even 4 matches. His start is comparable to other managers that were given more time.

I have never thought of relegation as being a positive and I would hate for that to happen but if we did go down I do hope it means all of you whining, self-entitled f*** wits would piss off and support a team like West Ham which is where your sad, boring, moaning like a child attitude towards supporting your club would better fit in.

Like it or not more and more are questioning Dear Leader. It's been a long time coming, we've been chancing our way through this league and the luck was going to run out eventually. When you look at how West Brom, Saints, Leicester and Burnley are run we do not compare favourably and all the marquee signings in the world will not cover that up.

but of course we're all s*** fans, Parish can do no wrong etc etc etc

Let's see how well they are all run at the end of the season. Three games is no gauge. Remember some of those you mention have bottomless pockets.

The owners may be wealthy but they are all supposedly subject to FFP rules although we seem to be the only club concerned with this

We don't know who, if anyone is breaking FFP rules. Bet your bottom dollar though if we were found to be ignoring it we're the sort of club they'd make an example of.

Football is a "what have you done for me lately" type business. Lets look at what Parish has done lately.
1 - Spent minimum 1.5 maybe 2.5 - 3 weeks too long to hire a new manager, after being given ample time to find a replacement after our last manager unexpectedly quit (sound familiar?)
2 - Seems to have made one of the worst managerial appointments in recent memory, after spending way too long to do it.
3 - Totally failed to address our needs in the transfer window. No goalie, no striker. We have 1 fit striker of the right level and a keeper no one believes in. The one deal he did do was handled poorly, maybe we saved 2 million quid by faffing around and playing games on Sakho. In the process we failed to get other business done.
3a - To compound the issue he simply hasn't managed to assemble a squad of any depth or quality in the last 5 seasons.
4 - Hires an ex manager as sporting director, who has never really had any success at any level, who has no real contacts or network in European football for transfers, and has no experience being a sporting director. A guy who left us completely in the lurch, took his backroom staff with him, never spoke to the fans, and alienated half the fan base. If you are going to bring in a sporting director then at least embrace it and get someone with some experience. Parish is not doing well with hiring and firing lately, remember Iain Moody.

Too many errors.

Trump lost. Badly. Hahahahahahaha.
