Quote from football.london "Saw plenty of the ball but still found it hard to create any meaningful chances. Wilted further in the second half, although did seem to take a knock or fall awkwardly early on. Wanted too much time when given rare chances to shoot and gave away possession at times with sloppy passes." One guess Does it start with a J and end in ason puncheon?
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Macca took both those goals really well. Take note FdB, Macca in for Punch please. One with each foot. Agreed on Mac > Punch.
We don't do possession; we do defense and attack. Everything else is just wa**ing with a football. |

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Palace v Ipswich ' by Guntrisoft Thought it was a half decent display. Controlled the game, but with Ipswich sitting deep and us having no real forward was always going to be frustrating. Just shows we need to buy another striker, because if Benteke gets injured we're f****d. Actually thought after we scored we played some really good football. Positives. ...macca's back. Cabaye lasted 90 mins and played well. Ward had his best game for quite a while, both at left CB and right CB. Schlupp looked really good as left wingback. Townsend played really well as right wing back. Negatives. ...puncheon! Be interested to see what he does for Saturday. Can't drop macca. Cabaye played well. Can't drop LRC......

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Palace v Ipswich ' by Guntrisoft Nephews fist game at palace. He is only 6 and a half so it was getting late so his other uncle took him home on 80 minutes. He missed most of the exciting bits.

Don't get too carried away it was only ''The Tractor Boy's'' but it does look like our squad has found its level!
