Certainly in the Monday night game at Selhurst last season when they beat us 1-0 he had Zaha in his pocket for the whole 90 minutes.
Don't waste your time with jealousy. Sometimes your ahead, sometimes your behind, the race is long. But in the end it's only with yourself!! |

Personally don't want this guy, for all his attacking attributes he seriously lacks in defensive ability. I can recall numerous occasions where he's been picked out on highlight shows for either lack of effort or lack of concentration whilst playing for Sunderland. He may be better under BFS in a 3-5-2 formation where he has cover from the left centre back but in a 4-4-2 he's a liability.

The Guardian described his as one of Sunderland only decent players (the other being Defoe). If he doesn't have a heart problem then he appears to be exactly what we need. Overpriced at £9 million but we all know that you pay over the odds in January.
It's 106 miles to Chicago, we got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark... and we're wearing sunglasses. |

We need a left back. He's available and not that bad. Pape is a great player, but we can all agree he's not exactly a rock at the back. Van Aanholt is a better option than Ward, Kelly or Fryers.
"Brighton are talking about how they're coming for us. And it's like, we've been waiting in the Premier League for you for ages." Wilfried Zaha, 2017. |

Hmmm...I guess the ones providing the assists are just not as important as the ones actually scoring goals.
