Well crap... that means I'm phase three thanks to my bro's crap loyalty score. Both me and my 17 yr old son are members - but I have to buy all the tickets as he isn't working! - so I have to wait to phase 4 to get ours as he has no loyalty points. I imagine their are lots of people in the same boat one way or another

I'm a bit dim but just wanna be sure where I stand. I'm a ST holder, as is my 9 year old but we both fall under the same client reference number. Am I right in thinking I can buy just 1 ticket in my case phase 2 but have to wait for a later phase to buy the 2nd ticket and that they obviously won't be together? Zero logic if correct.. Im in exactly the same position. I presume i will get two tickets, for me and my son, but knowing CPFC they will only allow me one ticket!

This post has been merged from a topic called 'Wembley tickets announced!!!' by Old Chap Daft question but, short of phoning the box office and asking, how do I know how many points I have? I've been a season ticket holder for ten years, go to home cup games but hardly ever go to away games. It's never seemed important before.

Dont blame you but its wrong that your forced to do that and wrong that buying something from the clubshop should earn you points. You're right mate. It is wrong. I wonder how many others have been put in the same boat. Not a bad idea to send it back though. Cheers for the idea.

No. Not sure how they are going to do that, seeing as how Royal Mail stopped the Registered Delivery service donkey's years ago...

So 346 points( this season's silver membership points have not been added), and a Palace tattoo get me Sweet F.A then!!! You don't get any loyalty points with the purchase of a Silver Membership. A Gold Membership gets you 250 points, and an International Eagles Membership earns you 150.

login to website. under my account. The scheme started in 2013. You get 500 points for each year so if you've had a season ticket for 5 years (including renewing for 16/17) then you'll have 2500 points.

I've had a Silver membership for the last few years & they use to add 100 points each year. When I checked recently, none had been added for this season. I emailed the box office/memberships & they said no points were being added this season for Silver memberships, but didnt say why. I didnt get any either.
