Just a thought. If this is the case, here are 6 reasons why he would seriously consider comming to the Palace. Comments? 7. As long as you're not English (which he isn't), once playing for Palace you have a very good chance of playing for your country. 8. He could get a nice house in Beckenham and dine in La Rascasse which serves many French delights. also Croissants in Sainsbury's.....

Syd was on the right lines manage to tie someone like Cabaye and some other big names might cast their eyes in our direction. Nothing wrong with us having real ambition. Like buying a deadweight wa@k=r like Ballotelli for example!

The Hammers can offer European football in the Europa League Only if they qualify for it first, so he could hold off and wait to see if that happens. Anyway, it's already been said by Cabaye, it's first team football he needs if he has any hope of getting in the French squad for the European Champs. Playing in the European Championships is much better that a couple of games in the Europa Cup, because let's face it if Wet Spam do qualify, they aren't going to get very far AND will struggle to qualify for Europe the following year. To any European player with a chance of being called up international, regular first team football is way more attractive than the Europa.

So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

Cabaye wants to play for a London club. In our favour - he would be our best player immediately and would start every game, you would imagine. Also relationship with Pards. Outside of that, you would have thought the other London club's have advantages over us. But West Ham are total s***e so I don't see why he would want to go there. For some reason, i just can't see Cabaye playing for Slaven Bilic. Just doesn't fit somehow...

Bigger clubs now being flushed out....spurs now in for him details in the times..time to move on to next target. It's all speculation. We'll only know what's happening when he's put pen to paper, so there's not really much point in trying to weigh up and consider a decision which is completely down to Cabaye and his agent. Palace and Spurs may not even be in for him for all we know, so just stick it out and wait for something official. Edited by Fazil Bawlty (18 Jun 2015 8.55am)
