I don't actually support it at all, but now it has been brought let's hope it works. That has nothing whatsoever to do with my own position on Brexit. In truth I think Johnson becoming PM would probably make a no Brexit outcome more likely because he would cause the revoking of Article 50 by Parliament and a GE, resulting in a hung Parliament with a Labour led coalition as a consequence. Johnson would further split the Tory Party and not heal it. Indeed unless someone can find a way of bridging the apparently unbridgeable chasms that exist and then selling that to the EU, at a time when their team is also changing, then we are headed towards Oct 31 without a prayer, whoever becomes PM. Parliament will not accept no deal so a vote of no confidence and a new Parliament looks to me to be an almost certainty. Johnson is not the answer and I don't think anyone else will provide one either but stand a marginally better chance. I have no wish to see a Corbyn led government as I have no more desire to see us swing left than I have to see us swing right. As I have told you many times I am a "One Nation" Tory, firmly on the middle ground of responsible social democracy, with a conservative fiscal policy and a liberal approach to social needs. That is where I believe the Party needs to be for without the centre ground in it's grasp it will become confined to the noisy margins. Alongside UKIP and Brexit! Like Heseltine I voted Lib Dem last week, for exactly the same reasons. Want them to throw me out too? You may be surprised to know that I see, or saw, myself as the same. I even voted Lib Dem in 2010, not that it makes much difference in tandridge, for a watered down conservatism for 5 years because I thought we weren’t going to be ready for it or deal with it well. I also wanted to see a cooperation coalition govt try. Unfortunately I’m finding as time moves on and we give more away as a nation that perhaps I’m not as positioned close to the centre as what the centre wants and is doing. There are no limits or considerations for much. Shame. Just distance myself from it like the champagne socialists and liberal elites do from their rural lives or boutique al fresco dining and cafe life far enough away from the created problems so they don’t experience it.

You outrage is bloody funny. Firstly, the fact that you think that offending people is so important and secondly because you so are precious. I saw an appallingly juvenile comedy on TV the other night called 'Famalan' where Black people were continuously using White stereotypes. That is on my TV in a predominantly and traditionally White country. Got a problem with that? Which channel is this on? That ‘Narstie’ character chat show that was on is the biggest pile of shyte going, and a lot of black people wonder, complain or expect higher paid profile jobs. Just listening to the ‘chat’, verbal diarrhoea and bravado in 30 minutes will tell all. If I was a black parent I’d be steering my children away from this life that goes nowhere.

Never heard of it but see it’s on the BBC. Did you watch it just to get offended? ‘Traditionally white’. Skin colour really doesn’t matter mate, we’re all human beings. We’ll all never agree anyway; I like a mixing pot of cultures, you lot don’t. I honestly find difference in people fascinating and want to learn and understand, not stick up a guard to it and be fearful of it. That’s great, and so am I, but there have been noticeable problems with our immigration policy and the effects on communities, wages, over population, white flight etc etc. That’s being an ostrich.

Yes, Albanians can be classed as a 'race'. ''Modern scholarship regards race as a social construct, an identity which is assigned based on rules made by society. While partially based on physical similarities within groups, race is not an inherent physical or biological quality.'' They have been in the pipeline to join the EU since it stated they were a potential candidate in 2000. The SAA was signed in 2006. A bit late to start moaning about it now, I wonder why the issue was even raised at this time... Presumably if they join and we are still in, all 64,000 unemployed Albanians will come here. How clean our cars all will be, so much cleaner than the other 28 countries in the EU

Yet somehow this seems to be a backhanded compliment. If you don't want people pointing out alternative views maybe it's best if you don't make them welcome eh?

Do you think car washing is the only service and sale and import in their car wash premises? Do we need to import desperate poverty including crime and as many to a house as they can cram in? Interesting.
