I say Benteke would amount to an annual 10% of our player expenditure if we signed him on a five-year. (Net transfer spend and player wages over 5 yrs). To me that is too high a proportion.

For that proportion to not be the case we must spend vast amounts on others or sell players we like. I wouldn't mind either strategy too much personally but spending big would only appeal if we don't get stacked with debt.
