Hate to admit it, but must say I am envious of Brighton when it comes to transfers. They buy cheap, but very good and sell with huge profit, seemingly without weakening their team/squad.

I have said this for a while now. Dougie seems to get rich plaudits for his purchases but Brighton’s business in the transfer markets puts our efforts to shame. There is almost a conveyor belt of players being sold on at big profits. There is absolutely no reason why we can’t be doing this other than I think our scouting team are mediocre at best. Richards accepted, I’m convinced Dougie only thinks you can buy from the championship or Scotland/Ireland.
