The question is which, so that the people here can know where you get your "information". You are clearly ashamed to admit it, so I googled "the global public private partnership chart". Guess what, it's there, along with dozens of others, from well renowned, and trusted, sources like The World Bank and the UN. You can view them all here (I provide sources):- This one though only appears in a Twitter post by someone called "Branko #GreatResist. Whether it's his own work or just copied and pasted, as you have done, isn't clear. The World Bank, The United Nations and Branko #GreatResist. Who would you trust for accuracy? Don't answer, as it's clear who you trust. I'm glad we cleared that up. Zzzzzzz.

Holocaust survivor, 91, dies in Mariupol Quote Ukraine's foreign ministry says an elderly woman who survived the Nazi occupation of Mariupol in World War Two has died in the city decades later.
Vanda Obiedkova, 91, was said to have died earlier this month while sheltering from the Russian siege in a basement. Unable to access water, electricity, and heat, the family were "living like animals", her daughter Larissa told the Jewish Chabad.org website. Vanda was 10 when German troops entered her home city in October 1941, the site reports. Larissa said while her mother evaded capture by the Nazis, Vanda's mother was among thousands of Jews who were taken away from Mariupol and executed. Referring to the current situation in the city, Larissa was quoted saying: “Mama loved Mariupol; she never wanted to leave." Latest: President Zelenskyy offers to release Russian prisoners in exchange for safe passage of troops and civilians from Mariupol

Russian oligarch lambasts country's 'massacre' Quote
A Russian oligarch has lambasted the country's "massacre" in Ukraine . Mr Tinkov is one of Russia's most well-known entrepreneurs and founded the global online bank Tinkoff Bank and owned the cycling team Tinkoff-Saxo. He told the BBC "every right-thinking person has a duty to speak out against this appalling war and Vladimir Putin's growing authoritarianism". "All of us must do what we can to support Ukrainians suffering from this vicious onslaught, whether in Ukraine or as refugees beyond its borders. I don't see a SINGLE beneficiary of this insane war! Innocent people and soldiers are dying. Waking up with a hangover, the generals realised that they have a s*** army. And how will the army be good, if everything else in the country is s***ty and mired in nepotism, sycophancy and servility?" "Dear 'collective West' please give Mr Putin a clear exit to save his face and stop this massacre. Please be more rational and humanitarian." A clear minded honesty that could endanger his life. Calling it as it is. Edited by BlueJay (21 Apr 2022 12.40am)

I'm going to raise the current case of Gonzalo Lira who went missing in Kharkov, Ukraine on April 15th....and is since suspected murdered by their security services. I'll paste some recent commentary on his case. 'When Belorussian authorities pulled Roman Protasevich, a blogger who had served a combat tour in the neo-Nazi Azov battalion before working for Radio Free Europe’s Belarus channel out of Prague, off an airplane in May, 2021, on charges of inciting a political opposition (roughly the equivalent of sedition), the world went crazy, accusing Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko of trampling on free speech. Protasevich is alive and well, living under house arrest while awaiting trial. When reports emerged that Gonzo Lira, a Chilean social media “influencer” who resided in Kharkov, Ukraine, and who published online content critical of the Ukrainian government, was kidnapped, tortured, and murdered by the Kraken Unit, part of the Azov battalion affiliated with the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU), the West is silent. Free speech isn’t a one way street. To remain silent in the murder of Gonzo Lira is to be complicit in his death, and the deaths of all journalists who pursue the truth, even if it runs counter to the mainstream narrative. Critical thinking should not be a death sentence. Unfortunately for Gonzo Lira, it seems it was.' I've known about this guy for years as a vblogger who was anti feminist, anti woke but against many of the other ideas on the dissident right. So in some sets of thought but out of others...I'd describe him more as a figure on the 'manosphere'. He was living in the Ukraine for a few years and once this war began was critical of the Ukrainian regime and took a pro Russian stance. I listened to a few streams where he would sometimes appear as a guest and, if half of what he said was true, it was food for thought. That said I found him irritating due to the lack of any balance and his continual pro Russian stance put me off...He was told many times that what he was doing was dangerous and that people in Kharkov were looking for him after he'd gone into hiding. That said, annoying vbloggers or not, murder of political opponents is obviously completely unacceptable. It can only be hoped that he is under arrest and that reports of his torture and murder aren't true. If this guy is indeed dead, then he is yet another statistic added to the death toll of those murdered away from the battlefield by militias. It's notable that his case, even though the mainstream media will be well aware of it, has been met with silence and no commentary as yet. It's another case of many that I hope is investigated once this madness ends.

Calling it as it is. Edited by BlueJay (21 Apr 2022 12.40am) Despite some early mistakes and some dogged resistance from Ukraine (although at least partly based on embedding their forces with innocent civilians that are largely sympathetic to the Russians in the east) the war is going to plan for the Russians who have effectively unlimited supply from across the border and can rotate out their forces when needed to re-equip and supply. Russia now have a very modern army of up to 1m troops with serious generals who are tactically savvy. At the same time, the War has galvanised Russians on the home front in favour of Putin who lost some 30 million people in WW2 as they are fighting troops who are in significant numbers avowed and unreconstructed Nazi's. There will be no imminent ousting of Putin as our media are trying to suggest and based on the reaction of western politicians and diplomats their inability to even consider a negotiated solution we can look forward to more of this in future with China especially being emboldened. The west are weak militarily and now we really look it. Basically, pretty much everything you are hearing is bollocks which is why we are no longer allowed access to RT or Sputnik for example. Just a cursory look into Zelensky (and how he is treating his political opposition) and the history of Ukraine should be enough for most people to take a much more measured view on this. Russia is a former failed Soviet Union republic run by Oligarchs but so is Ukraine. Just more clown world unfortunately but this time with genuine suffering. and even more dangerous consequences. I suspect that the Russians will hold war crimes tribunals when this war ends and a lot of the truth will have to come out as I've seen the footage of what these scum have done. Most people in the west will be guilty of supporting the ideology of the people their Grandfathers gave everything up for.

There's a reason Putin has a much tighter grip on what can be reported or said that we can. The irony is that your freedoms led to your worrying lack of allegiance. Quote

You legitimise Rusias behaviour, call those defending their country scum, infer that we insult our forefathers by supporting a people under siege. This is not a perspective tethered to reality. Putin has snuffed out the ability of his people to even recognise this as a war, to be critical of it. Try using your VPN or Tor over there pal and you'll find your front door kicked in as even that way of gaining information is against the law. At least they aren't willfully blind though... A couple of here have zero allegiance to the West. If you genuinely believe that Putin actually is doing the equivalent to bombing Ukraine to take out 'neo nazis' and that we are only arming 'scum' then you lack eyes as well as conscience. "RIP Gonzalo Lira". Sure, fair enough. Not a word for the murdered men, women and children by Putins Russia though as they indiscriminately bomb the hell out of the country and its citizens? No doubt that's all elaborate 'propoganda' fed into the West. You've repeatedly come across as tremendously angry and off and it's shameful that you're propped up and manipulated by those who see your general direction of travel as more useful to them above and beyond actually looking out for you as a person.

Lots of fast-jet low-flying action over Cardigan Bay and Brecon Beacons. Either RAF pilots doing prep-work, else training Ukraine pilots.

You could be forgiven for thinking that the UK has declared war on Russia, when in fact it hasn't. It's certainly engaged in economic war that hurts us just as much as Russia's population....who couldn't even do anything about regime change. Instead Nato appear willing to engage in a proxy war to the last Ukrainian with a highly developed nuclear state.....pouring more and more weapons into a highly corrupt region with seemingly little concern for its consequences. It becomes more and more apparent that only lip service has been given to peace negotiations and instead a policy of attrition has been adopted.....even though there are reports that their regime has gang pressed males into service and civilians are little more than innocent pawns. I want to address this absurd line that if you criticise your own side's policy that it means you don't have allegiance. Now that is very Russian and non western. Oh how things have changed. I supported the Iraq war and was wrong and I was lied to over that one as well. I was younger and less skeptical. Back then the media was less controlled and less keen to omit what went on if it didn't fit with the government line. Personally, my loyalty is to my country, however the idea that it and its media can't be criticised over its choices when their outcomes bare bad fruit, is quite frankly ridiculous.
