Ah, yes, i kind of remember him playing different parts, will look out for it . Yep, Eddie Murphy's played, 'whiteface' and Jews stereotypes and that's because he was making the comedy he wanted. Murphy was doing that at a time where comedic freedom was still important. That's what every comedian should be able to do and the only limit upon it is how funny they are. There shouldn't be politics involved. The people who have destroyed comedy are those that have set limits upon it other than its market value. I agree, that some humour is distasteful and inappropriate....however when we get to the stage where people want to economically harm those who tell jokes they don't like.....then you know the loonies are in control. People are buying films and media from eras where the far left identity ideology had no 'censoring' power. I still can't buy the blu ray of 'Gone with the Wind' for love nor money. I've just looked for 1986's 'Soul Man' which is basically a 'blackface' comedy and it's a similar story with that. These aren't media with malicious intent but they are being portrayed as such by those who are. Edited by Stirlingsays (22 Jun 2020 5.01pm) The increasing diversity agenda is taking all the fun out of modern films. I find stuff from the 80s, in particular, funnier now. Plus there was usually a gratuitous tits out scene which is always a bonus. I am going to watch the 'woke' James Bond though - as a comedy.

Karl Marx's ideology has killed millions of people. It is a dangerous ideology that seeks to destroy the culture and history we have created. Giving money to these people furthers their aims, which are most certainly not "harmony and peace". They are dangerous, and being used as a weapon against the society we have built in exactly the same way as Extinction Rebellion. Same stated aims of "bringing down the system", "dismantling capitalism" etc. BLM co-founder Alicia Garza: "queer social justice activist and a Marxist" (her words) BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors: "We actually do have an ideological frame. Myself and Alicia in particular, we're trained organizers. We are trained Marxists. We are super versed on ideological theories." (her words) So that's 2/3 of the founders, without even taking a look at the third. Oh, gosh. Is it an election year in the US?

If you had money like Clinton and Trump you could weasel your way out of it. The left would call it 'white privilege' but really it was about class and hence money. The blacks had less of it so fought in proportionally higher numbers than their population. Vietnam was a lesson that democracy can't defeat authoritarianism regardless of the power difference because one cares about life far more than the other. That lesson could have been learnt from previous wars but well, if you don't learn from history you are doomed to repeat it. Democracies can only fight defensive wars. The comment the club put out is pure cognitive dissonance and rather nasty. The only difference between the two slogans is the skin colour.
