Oh dear, an understandable, but, a mahoosive OG if the FA do this . . . The pious condescension from these people....so far up their own arse they need a miner's light. But hey, it'll be fun.

Oh dear, an understandable, but, a mahoosive OG if the FA do this . . . I still love the part where they claim the gesture is not political. They had BLM banners all over stadiums, on the backs of players shirts but want us to now believe that the kneeling is nothing to do with it? LOL. That's me out of the now. Football is eating itself and for what purpose? Nothing is ever going to be the same again and for what? One of the things that struck me during that entire debacle over the supposed European Super League was the use of the term 'heritage supporters'. The likes of us lot basically. They don't want us around anymore. Feel we tarnish the brand. Not allowed to express any kind of disapproval at what is going on. Fine. They win on this. Let them have their World Cup in Qatar, their VAR making a mockery of the game and somehow people booing what they see, and with absolute justification given how it came about as a reality in British football, as being worthy of big brother style 'education'. Nah. I am out.

They keep doing the same with one of our Care Home managers because she has a strong African accent. She is incredibly clever. Edited by Mapletree (09 Jun 2021 4.58pm)

You would have to explain how this helps.

The FA caused this problem by allowing it to happen and now they want the government to sort their mess out.

Leaving aside the reason for taking the knee, I wonder whether an opposing team who chooses not to kneel, will somehow gain a physiological advantage by ‘looking down’ and feeling superior to the other team. It may fire them up to take advantage of a ‘weak’ opponent. Just a thought.
hats off to palace, they were always gonna be louder, and hate to say it but they were impressive ALL bouncing and singing. |
