OG has a history of walking if he gets upset so please Paris and Dougie don't upset him. If OG wants him fair enough although I am trying to work out what sort of role Zaha could play. He no longer has the energy or pace to play the fast pressing game. I suppose he could be used as a sub to slow the game down and win fouls or hopefully nick a goal however that sounds like Ayew's role who is actually having a good pre season. Anyway in OG we trust if wants him what do I know?

The head coach is just that a coach. This has been confirmed by multi past Palace head coaches.

Would love to have Wilf back but I don't think he'd cut it as a first team player. Maybe he could inspire/lead a squad of our youngsters (if we haven’t loaned them all out?) in Cup competitions?

We had a lucky escape not giving Wilf a large long contract before he left for Turkey it would be an absolutely ridiculous decision to take him back now. Edited by EddieMac (10 Aug 2024 9.21pm)
