I have never, in all my 59 yrs of being a Palace fan, been so embarrassed to be one as i am now. My grandson is laughing his head off with his messages & video call.

I though JA was our best player but, that ain't saying much. What was Roy doing with his subs, they & the other players looked totally confused & gave up.

10 days before Sheff Utd, will we beat them, im not too sure.

This operation, will make the 'Charge Of The Light Brigade' seem like a simple military exercise.

Well Roy has certainly lost the fans, and I can’t imagine the better players are over the moon.
He has to go, but Cooper will do no better. I see that Potter was in attendance…
The obsession with playing for a draw every game and losing most of them is draining the life out of the club.

Just watched that poor excuse of a performance.
I feel sorry for Mateta, no intent to attack apart from the odd Eze dribble.
Richards was. awful, lost his player twice.
If we play against Sheffield in the same manner we will lose. However that could be a blessing as it will be the end of Hodgson.
Not that I am in the know but it would seem Parish has fallen out with Textor which in turn means probably no transfers or investment until he sells up.
It is time for Parish to sell up & be an ordinary supporter.
I was actually bothered that we could be relegated at the beginning of the season, however I would much rather see us score goals & try & win a match in the Championship than this dross.
It looks likely that we will stay up if Forest & Everton have a further point deduction, however the teams likely to be promoted Leceister, Southampton etc will be strong & unless we are prepared to spend to bolster the squad the inevitable is going to happen next season anyway.

Roy: "We were still in it at 3-0"

Then blames the youngsters for us losing 5-0.

Christ. If he was a dog they'd put him out his misery.

It's said the real crime is to aim low and miss.

Well, we set up to achieve damage limitation with no attacking intent and still lost 5-0.

The very defintion of aiming low and missing.

Furthermore, so much for going out of the cup v Everton with a whimper so we could be ready for the Arsenal game.

Changes are needed and while the continued loyalty to Roy may be seen by dome as admirable, there is an argument that it's actually damaging the club.

A gap of ten days now until the next game - eleven days left for the new manager to bring in a new face or two.

I am convinced that another manager would get this current team playing better. I know we need some new blood but what we have is still good enough but not if Roy is in charge. We WILL go down if he stays.

I agree.
"Still in it" - In the mire.

A dark, dark afternoon for our club and I pity our supporters who paid hard-earned money to attend and witness that utter dross.

We appear to have no idea of how to play 5 at the back. If you watch Martinelli’s goals the full back is on the halfway line watching him sprint past and one centre half gets sucked into the middle to double up on the ball leaving him in acres of space.

This is Roy trying to sort Richards into his preferred position but it just doesn’t work as even with 3 centre halfs we were poor defensively in both open play and at set pieces.

We are an absolute mess defensively and yet that is supposed to be our strength. It really doesn’t bode well and as of this point in time , with the squad we have and the lack of confidence I would say we are joint favourites for the third relegation spot.
