Will sign nobody sell nobody send two on loan and be told it was a successful window as kept hold of our current talent

It is starting to have echoes of the summer window with West Ham now supposedly moving for Philips, rumours we can't afford the fee for Munoz, Arsenal not letting Nketiah go and a promising youth player from Ireland joining us. My concern is that the club will pursue deals that seem unlikely to come off and we'll be left short again. Sheffield Utd signed the Chilean lad Brereton Diaz, Brentford filled the gap they had at left back with Reguilon and have Toney back and Burnley signed a young forward from Chelsea. Clubs below us are strengthening so the club can't afford to sit on its hands. A couple of quality additions would likely give the club and the fanbase a much needed lift. Without them it could be a tough few months ahead.

If we dont get 1 or 2 loans in you, seems to me it would be classed as disregard of responsibilities and mismanagement

I'd go for Phillips on loan and signing Clarke + Munoz.

Pure fantasy I know but that might at least restore belief there's some intention for the club.
