So I ended up getting 2 tickets, both 18–21, however I’m bringing my father who obviously isn’t 18-21 but I forgot to change in the panic of purchasing the ticket, will he still be able to gain access to the ground or will I need to get the ticket changed

The turnstiles at Wembley are self scan. The few times I've watched Palace at the new Wembley I've never known there to be stewards checking people have the correct age group on their tickets. I think the logistics of that would be an absolute nightmare so you should be fine I would of thought.
