Looks like I'm gonna be doing what you suggested earlier and driving to the BO tomorrow to try and sort this mess out. Lucky I've got the day off work tomorrow!!

Maybe the queue will be long enough to justify having a burger van stationed outside the BO too. Originally posted by Spiderman

Instructions now on CPFC website. I’ve deleted my mates sons ticket from google pay and added mine, it was quite easy. For those who have purchased more than one ST say for family member / friend, if they have a smart phone, if you add the palace app follow the. Instructions on the CPFC website think it’s option 2 for downloading from the ticket website on the app (I know it sounds confusing) you can select which ever ticket you want click add to mobile wallet and it literally is done in seconds,

This is absolutely ridiculous, I’ve been going since 1963, I think I’ll just call it a day, wonder if I can get a refund for my season ticket.

Info for anyone having trouble on Android especially Samsung (which I have). You must have the latest CPFC App installed on your phone which was posted on the CPFC website on 2 September under the News section. You must also have Chrome set as your default browser and not Samsung Internet. Thank you Epsom Eagle for those few words "have Chrome set as your default browser and not Samsung Internet". Like most people, I was having trouble, but I saw your tips and I now have the S/T set up. Cheers!

Literally took me ten seconds. Not sure why the browser is relevant as it's an app based delivery – open app, go to more, fan wallet, save season. Done. I appreciate the lack of detail from the club well in advance isn't ideal, but from some of the responses on here it makes it sound like the game kicks off in an hour and you need to travel 20 miles to pick up a paper ticket. Getting a digital ticket, instantly, that you will then use for the rest of the season (no other downloads required) 48 hours before the next game is hardly a reason to panic.
Did you know? 98.0000001% of people are morons. |

Consumer rights legislation deals - among many other issues - with "contracts". I am no lawyer, but I have little doubt that when someone purchases a season ticket from a football club, a contract is made in which the latter undertakes to allow the purchaser entry to all advertised home league matches, without new conditions subsequently being imposed. Insisting on acquiring a smartphone strikes me as a new condition, and grounds for a refund. Any lawyers out there?

I'm glad that you are ok but obviously all of this causes a lot of stress to a lot of people including me. What about people who don't have smartphones? Elderly people who find this confusing? People with learning disabilities? What actually is the rationale for moving to this system? Why is this system with all the palaver it causes preferable to getting a physical card?

I think the club forgot that a number of older Season Ticket holders are not good at IT and are finding it difficult to follow the instructions, I just about managed to get mine onto the Google Pay App, but can well understand the difficulties some folks are having.
