Edited by SW19 CPFC (08 Mar 2021 10.11pm) My Girlfriend is mix raced we often discuss whether the baby would be dark and brown eyed like it's mother or beautiful and blue eyed like it's father who is a notorious sex bomb I might add. Definately won't be ginger though that demon will be sent into a home if it is.

Edited by SW19 CPFC (08 Mar 2021 10.11pm) I don't agree. I think to be a racist/homophobe etc etc there must be intent. The trouble is that nowadays everyone is trying to be so careful not to say anything offensive, however innocently, for fear of being called a bigot by the constantly offended. It seems to be a badge of honour if you catch someone out. There's so much of it about that the serious stuff is getting diluted by stuff that has no hurtful intentions whatever.

The direction of travel for the monarchy is down, not up. And yes, it’s a brand. That’s the point I’m making, but a ceremonial, tourist geared one not a commercial powerhouse funded by the taxpayer. They’re not corporate - let’s not make them out to be a traditional business. Maybe last century, not now. I’d certainly dispute how central you perceive the monarchy to the business of revenue generation - by which I can only assume you mean they’re central to the business of international governance, trade and therefore pivotal to GDP, and the economy. They certainly contribute massively to brand Britain in some parts but on the tourist dollar. Again, ceremonial. I get why people overstate their importance due to age and nostalgia - but it’s not reality, and it certainly won’t be in future. That applies for a lot of European monarchies, not just ours Even bad publicity is good publicity I read once.

I haven't watched it and don't intend to. Billionaire interviews multi millionaires and sympathises about how terrible their lives are. As for the press picking on them, the majority of negative stories about Migraine come from her own dysfunctional family she should look closer to home for the root cause.

How many friends did either of them have at their wedding? I mean friends, not celebrities they hadn’t met before.

That interview has quite a few inconsistencies so it isn’t convincing. It is best they’re out of it but it was better she was never in it. He really let it slip that she was his way out of there near the end when he says he now sees that he was trapped. Actually he was her way to a multi multi millionaire lifestyle. I liked the bit when they said they didn’t have their current surroundings in mind. Well what did they have in mind? Please can we now only see them once a year for a few seconds? No chance.

You're talking about the person. I'm talking about whether a behaviour or action is by definition racist. Whether the person meant it or not in that context is irrelevant. But just because you don't say something with intention or out of naivity doesn't make a statement or action, for example, any less racist. It also doesn't mean that you're exempt from repercussion simply because of your own ignorance. Logically that makes no sense at all – try applying that to law. Just because you didn't know about a law and you broke it, doesn't make you immune to the consequences. What it might do is reduce your sentence, vs someone who broke it with intent, sure. But that's not what is being discussed.
Did you know? 98.0000001% of people are morons. |

She was having 6 months of RF training according to The Observer of all papers at the time. And she lived in that cottage, which was actually the size of about 5 houses joined together. She wasn’t locked up either. Edited by Rudi Hedman (09 Mar 2021 12.32pm)

This is why the racist subject and accusation is so dangerous and probably causes some people to keep apart or watch what they say to the point they say less than they would, or indeed nothing. But of course some just ignore the word seeing as it gets thrown around d like confetti.
