Poor game. The right team won.

I believe England at their best beat SA at their best.

Mustn’t take them lightly though!

Be awesome to win two world cups in one year.

Agreed. Wales must be gutted - they’re not likely to get a better chance.

SA look seem a more daunting challenge than NZ to me.

Wales did incredibly well to keep the scoreline so close after spending the entire game on the back foot, and being ravaged by injuries.

Concerns are that I think the Welsh defensive line is better than Englands, so we might struggle in that department, and the SA pack is stronger than the one we faced against NZ.

To win the world cup we are going to have to do a grand slam against the southern hemisphere sides, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. We've done the hard work getting to the final, but how many times have the team that's beaten the kiwis actually ended up winning?

It will be a tough final, but i still think England have another gear to go up.
Thought we would win it from the start and I've not seen anything to change my mind yet.
Wales lost by 3 points to a springbok team put away by the kiwis who we murdered yesterday.
That same welsh team squeaked through against a 14 man French team in a game they should have lost.
England is the best team in the tournament by a distance.

A rather deadly game of attrition.

Neither side got the ball out to the wings, they were slow I fancy England's chances.

If they can keep to the same level, concentrate and not give away silly penalties.

Wales beaten.

"Oh dear. How sad. Never mind."

In all fairness, never saw that performance against New Zealand coming. The final is now Rugby vs Anti-Rugby, Good vs Evil as it were.

I'm optimistic, but there's always the 'don't count your chickens' school of thought. Good luck to our boys in the final!

England has been fined for crossing the halfway line while NZ were dancing.
Time to move it to the warm up and make it optional wether the opposition even have to be present.
It's only for NZ benefit and the crowd.

I couldn't agree more. The fine is ridiculous. Even some in the NZ camp, the head coach included, have praised England's response. The whole thing is an anachronistic charade.

Sure they’ll regard £2000 as money well spent.
What would happen if the opposition faced the haka then went into a huddle to “consider the challenge” leaving the ABs standing around cooling off?
Since they did it in the changing room in Wales a few years ago the opposition clearly don’t need to be there anyway.

3rd/4th play off approaching.
I honestly think NZ are going to annihilate wales. Coach and captains last games, angry and embarrassed by the semi final defeat, coupled with the welsh having about 3 fit players.
Wales might hold out for an hour , then 20 minutes of carnage.
