The FA cup or EPL survival ? The EPL comes first. The glamour of the FA cup has long vanished. Many if not all the top field weakned teams. The EPL gives you the oppertunity to witness some of the top players in the world ply their trade. Wigan beat Man City to win the FA who remembers that

Too right it doesn't compare. Only the PL provides money to pay silly wages to expensive players. Get ourselves relegated and we're probably going to be a long time dead. Whoopee if we have a good run in the Cup but our PL survival has to come first.

Palace are a team that will get relegated at some point anyway whether we like it or not. Of course it is ... where have you been in the last 20 years? As much as we'd all love to see Palace win a big competition it is unlikely to happen if we don't have quality players. There isn't any need for Palace to be relegated THIS season and certainly not for the sake of pursuing the FA Cup. We're in the last sixteen and if we go all the way then so be it ... but if we don't there's always next year. There won't be a realistic follow up attempt for many years if we're relegated. 1990 to 2016 was a long time to wait for a second unsuccessful Wembley FA Cup Final appearance! I disagree. Palace will get relegated whether it be this year, next year or the season after. I am not saying I want us to get relegated. I am saying I want us to win a trophy. I cannot see why we can’t do. Oth.

Wigan beat Man City to win the FA who remembers that I don’t care about top players plying their trade if you compare it to winning a cup. If that excites you buy a season ticket at Chelsea or Arsenal like so many others. I love being a premier league team but winning the cup would be one of the greatest days of my life! Telling me that no one remembers Wigan winning the FA cup? I remember the irony of Ben Watson scoring the Winner as the first man the ball hit from a corner (I have this image of him repeatedly hitting the first defender when taking corners for us). Barring a miracle or surprise investment we will never be a top six team, which I don’t think I’d enjoy anyway, Years from now no one will remember our few years run in the premier league, much like Bolton, Wigan, Charlton, Ipswich etc. etc. etc. An FA cup win would stay with me, and be remembered, for a very long time!!
Now Zaha's got a bit of green grass ahead of him here... and finds Ambrose... not a bad effort!!!! |

Never a dull moment, never has been, wouldn’t swap it.
