Count your blessings YT (Oxford)! As far as I can tell, one can no longer find a bottle of Old Peculier in the entire U. S. And I live here... Cheers! Wow! I’m three hours drive to the most isolated city in the the world and I can still get Peculiar from my local shop.
So I manage a Workshop which provides a safe learning environment for blokes struggling with PTSD and other mental health issues. Being a Palace fan isn't listed yet. |

Sorloth is a striker, aka attacker. When Kouyate came on he showed an appetite for attack so that's two out of seven available. Guaita as sub keeper is a given, we should always have one keeper on the bench. Meyer has a reputation as an attacker so when he works his way into consideration that's three.. Are we as dee[ as we'd like? We never are and that's to be expected. I do expect to see a horses for courses approach to our subs bench with at least one GK option, three defensive options and three attacking options. Don't forget Nya could also figure when he returns from England duty. I did note Sorloth as one of the 6 outfield players (7 on subs bench). And also I noted that we have quality options such as Meyer and Ayew to come. But today we had one as it’s a bit of a stretch to call Kouyate an attacking midfielder. He is a box to box CM or a CB. Really I was trying to say that our youth options such as Lokilo and Kaikai are very unlikely to get a game if today is anything to go by.

I am a fan of ever extending years. I have finally been lured from the pub to go home as I need to do stuff tomorrow. Been the first time in years we have won an opening game and longer stiĺl an away one. We have more points now than we had in late September lat year. Life is good.

This post has been merged from a topic called 'thank you wayne hennessey' by Midlands Eagle Thanks Wayne for this win. Would have been a different story if we went a goal or three down before half time. Thank you - you were f--king AWESOME.

Fantastic performance by the team yesterday, credit to Fulham they were excellent in the first half and but for WH would have gone in at half time a couple of goals up. Second half was ours and our Premiership experience told in the end. It’s never easy playing the promoted teams first up, as they are full of enthusiasm and more often than not hit the ground running. We did a proper job on Fulham and deserved the win...

Finally had a chance to see that on MoTD. Hennessey improved even more on the end of last season and some fine saves. Wan-Biassaka was unbelievable and his ball into Wilf for the second goal was top drawer. Once Schlupp got his act together Milivojevic and McArthur were able to function properly and there was only one team in it from then on. Sakho didn't touch Mitrovic, the ref was right on top of it and none of the Fulham players appealed for it. Shearer is a tosspot of no common order. Fulham were a decent outfit which has just made £100m investment in new players and they looked bang up for it. We struggled with them a bit for the first half hour or so and needed top-drawer goalkeeping to stay in it, but after that it was an excellent performance against a good team. Bring on the bin dippers.

Bexley Dave Can you hear the Brighton sing? I can't hear a ******* thing! "The most arrogant, obnoxious bunch of deluded little sun tanned, loafer wearing mummy's boys I've ever had the misfortune of having to listen to" (Burnley forum) |
