The lads played well but the combination of tekkers missing sitters Hennessy not commanding his area and another set of bad refereeing descisions has cost us

What has commanding his area got to do with today. First goal low hard cross after AWB got turned, deflected in. Second Kelly and Sakho beaten by low hard cross Salha left with one on one from 5 yds.
Try looking at the defenders, they didn't cover themselves in glory.

Everyone seems to forget Benteke won the header, before Zaha won the penalty.
Ok, he missed a few half chances, but maybe he will get the winner and all will be forgetten

Are you mental?

Again 10 players put in a great shift today. How mane was not sent off is beyond me.
But Benteke has used up his chances to perform for us. He is a total cart horse and useless. I’m fed up with people defending him. He really should of buried those chances today. I know we keep saying who else is there? But anyone including a player from the reserves could do no worse. Now let’s see how the other games go then we have 6 matches we should pick up some points. But benteke has to go.

Totally agree about Benteke why should any of the fellow Hol'ers defend him after them 2 clear cut chance's too finish it.

I have never seen anyone blaming a keeper for a goal like the first. Sakho gives Mane a couple of yards of space, yet you think the goalkeepr should know in advance where the ball comes? If you would blame Hennesey for being poor with high balls and not commanding his area I would get that. To blame him for the goals todayI just find baffling.

Stay at your near post for the first goal and you save it. The second goal is chance but he's down to his left before salah has struck it.

He isn't directly at fault for either goal but some teams will stay up with a keeper who's able to dig their team out, ours just disappears into the back ground. He has never been good enough and the sooner the summer comes the better.

No, did you not see him win the header to create the chance to win a penalty.

Benteke's misses probably cost us a point. At the same time, our remaining 6 games are far more winnable than this one. All eyes on West Ham/Southampton.

He may have got a solitary header leading up to the penalty, but to miss chance after chance and still be in the team is beyond me and many others for that matter.

It's his fault where in this dogfight of a season totally shocking display time after time, but people defend him are you off your head.

Jordan Henderson claims they should have had a penalty and ours was soft ! No comment on the Mane handball, what a tit! Swarbrick should be dropped for next week for not sending off Mane. Ref's inspector should give him a bollocking. That's what happened to Lee Mason after the Arsenal match 2 seasons ago. Is fact that Swarbrick is from Preston have anything to do with it!

Dermot Gallagher just said on sky he should of gone off for deliberate handball end of .

He missed 2 in 2 minutes. Would have been 3-1 up, no coming back from that.
