Top result, certainly not one I was expecting. Probably Andros my MOTM, his 1st half was excellent but seriously everyone put in a decent shift. So nice to see us passing on the ground and playing ourselves out of trouble instead of panicking and hoofing it up the park all the time. Wilf, top 1st. appearance back, caused them a big headache. Just wish he'd shoot/pass at the first opportunity instead of taking 1 or 2 extra touches and invariably losing the ball. Nonetheless a great showing today. Congrats to Roy and the boys.

Even Punch did okay when he came on..... Thought both Luka and Yohan were brilliant today in the center

We should keep Jules in goal. I think this proved the point.

Don't understand the excitement. Yet another predictable easy thrashing of little Chelsea.

I suggested before the match that Fosu-Mensah should have started instead of Ward. I take it back. 2 amazing blocks to stop almost certain goals and I thought he played really well. Surprisingly he was one of the players that could've got man of the match for me. Not sure who did?

"That was really enjoyable," he said after the final whistle. "I have just said to the players that they really deserve to drink in that victory, because we played the champions of England but came off the field today having deserved our victory. "In the past month we've taken some heavy defeats but even then there were moments that weren't as bleak as maybe the scoreline looked. "I don't drink an awful lot these days. Red wine isn't the best thing to drink if you want to keep your calories low, but I'll enjoy a glass tonight because I enjoyed watching my boys play well and I'm proud of their performance." That's what Roy said.

Notice Speroni hardly rolled the ball to one of the back 4. He preferred to kick the ball up field which I felt was better moving the ball forward than having it passed back to him.
