The ironic thing of the government imploring people to stay at home is that many of the ones flouting it and wanting to be outside are actually the ones who, until the pandemic started, had absolutely no interest whatsoever in going for a walk or doing any form of exercise. They are the belligerents, the non-conformists, a bit like some of the posters on here. I saw 3 really fat women the other day Croydon face lifts trackkie bottoms and face masks. I thought shame the mask doesn't stop them from feeding.

Not fine Example - some jabba in Richmond with a massive spread lolling about swilling a beer thinking he’s fine and dandy because he’s more than 2m away from everyone. I’m going to have to up my assumption to 99% soon if this idiocy continues Edited by SW19 CPFC (05 Apr 2020 12.05pm)

I appreciate there are those in bedsits and small flats who simply do not have the advantage of being able to avail of some fresh air by stepping out on to a garden. Some,if not many, in this catergory head for the local parks and probably form the conclusion that providing they are adhering to the social-distancing as instructed by the Government they should not be criticised. Lord Sugar has questioned the messages from Piers Morgan asserting that there are large parks in Essex where he lives so providing people keep their distance they are not affecting other people. I understand that 3,000 people descended on Brockwell Park yesterday.I have no idea if social-distancing was in operation but the park has now been closed. The Government must be praying for the downpours we experienced for several months! I heard about a local street where they had a party yesterday - everybody went out into their back gardens and had a dance around until the police arrived in two hurry up wagons and put a stop to it.
