I know full well what you voted for. That's not the point. What you voted for was never available and that was neither explained nor probably even thought about until a long time afterwards. You were misled, maybe by some who ought to know better, on purpose.

That it wasn't your fault doesn't mean it isn't still a fact as the actions taken in Parliament so amply demonstrate.

Referendums don't count whatever the result is in our system. My opinion would be the same if "Remain" had "won".

The consequences though would have been different because there would not have been any need for a prolonged negotiation. Just Farage making noises about when to hold the next one.
