The Irish lad is far too close for comfort. A mere full stride and a half away from making a challenge for the ball. Which of

How people are blaming him for that is almost unbelievable. Williams, his captain, called for the ball. got it and then lost it. Is he meant to ignore his captain? Still I'm sure the one eyed haters will say it's his fault. In the kingdom of the blind the one eyed man is king. Not sure about the hater bit mind.

Top class Int'ls should not need the space Williams had to pass the ball to another player, just watch MOTD on a Saturday and you will see players using the ball with far less space than Williams had. Also remember the other Welsh player could and should have put the ball into touch. Also take into account the ball was taken right down to the corner flag before being crossed. Why only two defenders in the area? They would have plenty of time to get back from Williams losing the ball until it was crossed. But you are right stating that most posters' blaming Hennessey for everything don't know much about football and even less about goal keeping.

You probably didn't realise that with your limited knowledge on the game.

Got to love the Hennesey sympathisers, to keep backing him despite his poor form (e.g his career). Hopefully Roy sees sense!

Maybe keepers do make errors, but not EVERY game, and some keepers do make match winning saves, Wayne doesnt!
