Just for clarity, have you ever been prosecuted for breaching Regulations 36 (2) and 36 (3) of the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998, and Regulation 3(2) of the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974?

Or been prosecuted for anything else relating to Landlords legal obligations ?
It wouldn't even have to be an intentional breach. It could have just been something overlooked in error. These things happen and normal people would be punished for.
I mean, it wouldn't be like an intentional breach of customer confidentiality which earned you a bonus of £2.4 million

Compulsory mask wearing might lessen the chances of being gassed.

What on earth do you think the benefit of that would be to anyone? Homes, whether owned or rented, are private places.

You would think so but in Scotland the Hate Crime Act covers private conversations in the home.

Won't be long into the future before it's required. Another conspiracy theory we can come back too in a couple of years

Personally I don't believe this guy based upon how disingenuous he is with language but as the evidence is circumstantial there you go.

It does have a relevance and relation to the topic as it refers to someone's credibility when commenting upon misinformation and companies and governments that have been proven to deliberately mislead.

Which seems unrelated to the use of Covid certificates, which was what I was commenting on!

That Bill has not caught my attention so I would need to study it to understand its implications and whether your assertion is completely, or even partly, true.

Really? Unrelated to homes being private places? OK.
No reason it would have caught your attention any more than changes to the law in Cornwall would necessarily catch mine.
Study away.
