People dismissing Dyche and his win percentage in the prem are either a. Really thick, b. Clueless about football or c. An agent for a manager other than Dyche who wants the job. OF COURSE HIS WIN PERCENTAGE AT BURNLEY ISN'T HIGH! HE MANAGES BURNLEY! What he has achieved with his budget is nothing more than sensational. I doubt any other manager in the prem could do a better job with that group of players. Now, of course, if you genuinely don't like the type of football he plays then that is another matter. Personally I think he'd be a decent shout although I have Pellegrino just in front. Why? Not because of the fancy name but because of his relationship with Sammy Lee. That's all. There's a cigarette paper between them. Spot on. People should look at Conte's early managerial record: it is extremely mixed if one looks at win percentages or relegations.
If you come to a fork in the road, take it. |

There's a cigarette paper between them. Exactly. There are only two credible contenders: Dyche and Pellegrino. And we'll land one of them. I'd be delighted with either. I've a mate who used to be a Burnley scout (he's now at Reading). He said Dyche is one of the hardest working managers around....and said the players better get used to being 'beasted' in training, especially preseason. He said Dyche has basically transformed Burnley from top to bottom. Sounds exactly what we need all round!

Everyone has their opinion.i want Pellegrino because of him working with Sammy Lee before and apparently his a forward thinking coach who unlike Dyche is not in a job right now and is not using us to get a new contract with his current club.

It's time we thought out the box for once. Whilst dyche and pellergino are creditable candidates. It's time to look to frank de Boer or Laurent Blanc. Both young managers with plenty to prove.

I don't see that as a reason to appoint a manager . Whilst lee a great coach he's work with big Sam , sammy hyypia , kenny daglish and Ronald koeman in the past 10 years. If he was offered another position elsewhere little Sam would leave. Most fans haven't even heard of this pellergino before the link to Palace. That's not denying that pellergino wouldn't be great. I don't think Parish will risk with the appointment of pellergino.

Anyone who can set up a team at the nou camp and turn Barcelona over like Peligrino did and finish 9th in la liga must have something about him. His come out of the Rafa Benitez school of managing and gets my vote. I hope he gets the job.
