If Aaronovitch had made an assassination comment about Biden they would have sacked him. I would have criticised the comment but not sacked him.....However, the left have double standards on free speech. If it's their tribe their attitude is different and the excuses come in....if it's their political enemies they always seek to punish. Stick labels on lamp-posts go away for two years and get banned from seeing your kids.....Talk about the democrats offing Trump and....suddenly it's satire. Yeah...we see you.

Too ambitious. He should have gone for the body shot. Surely he's watched 'The Day of the Jackal'. My thought too - he wasn't a pro!

Mental health then. Probably crying as he pulled the trigger. The counter sniper made a mess of his head. However, considering how fast he was shot after shooting they must have known his position....dodgey.

I personally don’t think you’re a Troll and see your commitment towards the club we have all supported since childhood. I consider myself a very normal middle of the road citizen who has worked every day for the betterment of his family. Not right wing in any way just normal and average. I have little affiliation to Trump although did quite like the “celebrity apprentice”. Joe, his political cohorts, immigration, foreign policy, inflation, WOKE ideals, media bias etc have driven me that way. Living this on a daily basis in the US is draining. You’re not alone in your comments and beliefs but no less palatable than your mirror image on the right!!! The “majority” of normal Americans are in the middle forced to choose a side! I have chosen mine, and will live with the consequences!!
Which is why I hope and expect the Democrats to find a way of putting up another candidate who “normal” Americans can rally around. They need to, for the sake of everyone.

There we go again. Complete context blindness. Is it a disease that particularly affects right sided thinkers? Aaronovich did NOT suggest “offing”Trump! He made a farcical observation as a consequence of the Supreme Court ruling. Very accurately in my view. It deserves appreciation. Not censorship.

I didn't say it deserves censorship. However, we see you. Excuses for political friends, punishment for political enemies.

The rhetoric in politics both here and abroad is pretty vile at times. a random example? How about Boris accusing Starmer of refusing to prosecute Jimmy Saville, something that was not only incorrect but caused Starmer to face a number of death threats. How about all the Trump supporters calling for tougher gun laws so these people don't have access to daddy's guns? Yep, it's been pretty quiet on that front hasn't it.

Besides, Wisbech brings a huge amount of comedy to the boards, Agreed, myself & WE agree on very little, I am absolutely convinced he is either a troll or some kind of AI/bot that is harvesting information on thousands of message boards but I wouldn't want him banned. I wouldn't ban him though.
