With the investment over at Crystal Palace Park happening why the club are not trying to jump onboard is madness and again showing we need some one else in charge.

I'd quite like an improved ground before I die. I doubt my grand children would see any efforts to build at the park realised.

Only the other day I was having a conversation with some chap regarding Simon Jordan and he bellowed out "Your mate is a brash priggish oaf" !!! Simon, sorry 'Mr Jordan' (!!) would not be perturbed by the 'Compliment' but would be more concerned that he is associated with me !!!

I dont suppose John Textor is feeling on top of the world this morning. If the cost of the stand is to be spread amongst shareholders, either we need new shareholders via dilution of existing (to raise the alleged £45m that any lending bank will want to see) or its a no go. Today, I can't see anyone picking up the Palace to continue at Selhurst. In fact, unless it's a steal (say £50m) I can't see any potential investor coming anywhere near us. Its all such a tangle.

Simon Jordan lied about buying Selhurst Park himself. He's hardly in any position to speculate on its redevelopment and dress it up as fact.

The park has already gotten the go ahead from Govt for the athletics with funding. As I said before smart business people would try to jump onboard that but we do not have that running our club. Originally posted by est1905

He has nothing to gain by making false claims and was as a former owner involved in process of looking into ground development also from the area. Yes he may do the main stand but whats the point it makes no sense when you look at the cost.
