Yes, but if I as a teacher was in control of my profession, why would I have given myself a year on year real terms pay reduction? And why would Michael Gove be able to come in and so effortlessly restructure the entire curriculum to his own tastes against my will?

Don't you ever stop and question whether your fixation on the rise of minorities in gender, race or nationality blind you to the real minorities who hold a disproportionate number of important jobs, like Oxbridge graduates, private school students or people with links to hereditary wealth?
