I also thought Ridewald was great - tenacious, quick and intelligent. I think he should play full back and keep his place when PVA and JW are fit.

Meyer is alert and clever. Norwich found him a handful, but he lacks defensive bite, Instead of tackling, he just hangs out an ankle. Unless he adds some solidity to his game, he risks getting a broken leg because his challenges are so flaky.

However, he was playing well enough so I was surprised he was subbed so early in the second half.

So you'd play Riedewald if PVA and Schlupp were available?

Our home results have very much improved added to our away results always being consistent, Pardew's game performances were as good as Hodgsons are today apart from the fact that Pardew relied far too heavily in scoring goals because he had too in order to secure results so some fixtures were extremely exciting, under Hodgson he doesn't do this he is sensible and not gun ho but we still like today attack willfully and with purpose, I like both styles and was quite sad for Pardew when our goals utterly dried up, Pardew was just very naive and very stubborn.

Pardew was allowed a huge amount of time to recover the results his performances probably deserved, the 3-3 away at Hull epitomised his philosophy, Snodgrass ruining a good exciting game by cheating for a dive against Tomkins to get an unfair pen ..but that sadly for me anyway summed Pardew up.

Now back from the game... Many may disagree, but I thought Riedewald was outstanding. He is strong, likes to get forward, passes the ball well and a real threat down the left wing. I also noticed the other players have a lot more confidence in him. He was the main threat today..

There has never been a better chance for him to show us why he was brought into the club... He appears to be loving the opportunity to play... And perhaps cement the left back position permanently...

I'd love for him to get a run in the team in midfield. He'd up our creativity no end whilst still providing some defensive know how. Obviously at the moment he's needed at LB but hopefully his performances warrant him being given more of a chance in his natural position once PVA returns.

Good result

Unpopular opinion, Riedewald is better than PVA at left back

Of course you wouldn't but Hodgson can now rely on him to be a solid replacement and a very reliable sub if, he wants to bring on an attacking fullback who shields his balls quite brilliantly in tight situations and can actually pass the ball to another player in his team.

Jairo continues to improve, Brandon was excellent when subbed on, lots of mistakes all round both teams, all officials except the VAR guy had shockers, Moss was dire.

Take the point gratefully, we created almost nothing against worst defence in PL. They could have been out of sight if not for Guaita.

On non football notes, the big screen at Carrow Road is very cool, a huge revolving smart phone.

Home fans not up to much in terms of noise.

They are going down

He said PERHAPS cementthe position. Having seen PVAs passing and inability to cut out a cross this season I think JR has every chance of becoming first choice LB

So far from what we have seen from Riedewald informs us that he learns and understands what is required of him very quickly, PVA when fit will have to play very consistently from now on ..otherwise.

Any idea what the points per game ratio of those managers is? I'm rubbish at stats, but it might be interesting.

Systematically dragged down by the lawmakers

Not fair to suggest that, they have quite obviously improved ..Spurs fans will testify.
